These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bunny website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Bunny sells jewellery, gifts and accessories online. Our address is Mihijam. You can reach us at support@bunnyshop.site.
2. Your account
- Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We verify your email address with a one-time code. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian.
- We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.
3. Products and prices
- We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and handmade or plated items can vary a little.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any original price (MRP) and discount shown is for comparison, and the price you pay is the selling price at checkout, together with any shipping or other charges shown before you confirm.
- If we find a pricing or stock error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid.
4. Orders and payment
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed when we accept it, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud.
- You can pay by the methods shown at checkout, which may include cash on delivery and online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking). Online payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing delivery may lead us to switch off cash on delivery for your account.
5. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds in our Refund Policy, and cancellations in our Cancellation Policy. They form part of these terms.
6. Reviews
Only logged-in customers can post reviews, and they must be honest and based on your own experience. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or about someone else’s product. We moderate reviews and may remove those that break these rules. We do not pay for, write, or edit the star rating of reviews. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site.
7. Intellectual property
The logo, text, photos, videos and design of this site belong to Bunny or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or place orders with false details.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bunny is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mihijam have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have as a consumer to approach the forum where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
